Quality Management Policy, environment and OSH
THE POLICY OF SOLID BUILD GROUP IS DIRECTED TO HIGH QUALITY, MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS, WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAFFIC SAFETY DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION- ASSEMBLY WORKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY OBJECTIVES AND STAKEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS.
For the implementation of this policy, the management of "Solid Build Group" EOOD directs its efforts in the following directions:
- Confirmation of the company as a competitive contractor of high-quality construction and assembly works in the field of industrial and civil, transport and infrastructure construction;
- Expansion of the market share and introduction of new technologies in the implementation of construction and assembly works in the field of industrial and civil, transport and infrastructure construction;
- Meeting the requirements of interested parties and regulatory requirements, applicable to the activities within the scope of the ISU;
- Introduction and implementation of environmental protection and risk management activities at work in order to prevent pollution and prevent injuries;
- Carrying out effective monitoring of the activities of subcontractors;
- Maintaining the company's activities in accordance with the regulations and others, requirements accepted by us, relating to the management of the significant aspects of the environment and the provision of OSH and road safety;
- Carrying out effective monitoring regarding environmental protection and OSH provision, as well as compliance with the regulatory requirements in relation to road safety;
- Achieving continuous improvements to the Integrated Management System processes.
For the implementation of these Policies and the realization of the set goals, an Integrated Management System has been developed and implemented in Solid Build Group, corresponding to international standards BDS EN ISO 9001:2015, БДС EN ISO 14001:2015, BDS ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 39001:2014.
