SOLID BUILD GROUP LTD implementation of the Project "Adapted Work Environment 2023" has been launched. The purpose of the project is to help the Company in taking effective measures to adapt the work environment to current changes, Providing an active work life in a healthy work environment and maximize the limitation of health and life risks, as well as offering opportunities for betterment, A pleasant and healthy daily routine and facilitating workers by providing excellent opportunities to eat and rest at work..

Through the implementation of the project, the Company strives to achieve the following results:

• Development and implementation of "green" models of labor organization
• Improving and upgrading health and safety working conditions (through collective and personal protective equipment)
• Provision of social benefits for the employees of the Company.

The project has a deadline 18 month and total value 187 523.82 leva. which 159 395.25 leva (85 %) from the European Union and 28 128.57 leva (15%) from the national budget.

During the implementation of the project, the horizontal policy for sustainable development and equality will be strictly observed and observed, and non-discrimination, as well as the principle of "doing no significant harm" to the environment.
